Smell gas in your cab? Your old vapor separator may be missing or damaged. We’ve engineered a replacement part that fixes all the weak points of the original design, and bolts right in with no modifications to your truck.

Product Features
- Made From 100% PA12 Nylon: Ideal for exposure to fuel / solvents, with flexibility to withstand vibrations.
- Brass Hose Adapters: Our vapor separators have reinforced ports, are drilled/tapped for 1/8″ NPT threads, and come with brass hose adapters pre-installed.
- Pressure-Tested: Every fuel vapor separator is pressure and leak-tested to 10PSI before shipping. No more gas smell!
- Cleaner Look: Once installed, you only see the edge of the fuel separator. We integrated mounting threads using brass heat-set inserts for a cleaner look (no rusty steel mounting clips).
- Proper Fasteners: Our vapor separators come with Japanese Industrial Standards (JIS) class-4 M6 SEMS bolts (integrated lock washer + fender washer) to match the hardware in your rig.
